Leadership Opportunity in Maintenance Strategy

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our maintenance teams across multiple facilities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in strategic leadership, operational oversight, team management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies aligned with business objectives and global standards.
  • Oversee cross-functional shutdown planning and execution, including coordination of asset investment programs.
  • Represent the maintenance function in steering committees and regulatory inspections.
  • Spearhead daily maintenance activities for production equipment, utilities, HVAC, cleanrooms, and support systems.
  • Manage CMMS systems, work orders, spare parts inventory, and vendor contracts.
  • Supervise and develop maintenance teams across multiple facilities.
  • Cultivate training and competency development for technicians and engineers.
  • Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and performance excellence.
  • Ensure adherence to cGMP, US FDA, EU-GMP, and other global regulatory standards.
  • Apply reliability-centered maintenance, lean, and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance asset performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • 20+ years of experience in maintenance leadership within biopharma or regulated industries.
  • Expertise in HVAC, utilities, automation systems (e.g., DeltaV, ABB 800xA), and cleanroom operations.
  • Strong knowledge of CMMS, GAMP 5, ISA-88, and regulatory compliance.
