We are seeking skilled Maintenance Assistants to join our CLIENT IN BENGALURU.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in maintenance, supporting the upkeep of our facilities and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
- Assist in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and repairs
- Support the maintenance team in various projects and tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner

Skills and Qualifications

1. ITI Fitter / diploma in Plumbing.
2. 3-6 years of experience in maintenance in a production or manufacturing unit in Bengaluru or anywhere in Karnataka
3. Proficient in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
4. Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and other systems
5. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
7. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
8. Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and reporting
