Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate teams across marketing, sales, operations, and franchise development. Ensure alignment between teams to achieve business goals. Build a strong work culture that reflects Chai Nagris values. Set performance KPIs and track team productivity.
- Business Development & Expansion
Identify new business opportunities, including franchise expansions, corporate collaborations, and strategic partnerships. Develop and execute plans for increasing revenue streams. Explore new locations and markets for Chai Nagris presence.
- Brand Growth & Digital Marketing
Oversee & drive marketing strategies to boost brand positioning and awareness. Manage social media, influencer collaborations, PR, and promotional campaigns. Work closely with content & creative teams to craft engaging storytelling. Leverage SEO, paid ads, and analytics to strengthen Chai Nagris digital footprint. Ensure brand consistency across outlets, digital platforms, and all marketing materials.
- Franchise & Corporate Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and stakeholders. Ensure smooth operations and brand consistency across all outlets. Develop franchisee training programs to maintain service standards.
- Financial & Performance Management
Work with finance and operations teams to ensure profitability and cost control. Analyze business performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements. Oversee pricing strategies and revenue management.
- Innovation & Customer Experience
Identify trends and implement innovative ideas for product offerings and store experiences. Ensure top-notch customer service and satisfaction. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve brand positioning.
