Job Description

Role Overview:

The Brand Head will be responsible for overseeing the entire team, ensuring seamless operations, driving new business opportunities, and strengthening the Chai Nagri brand. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can manage cross-functional teams, expand business partnerships, and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Management

Lead, mentor, and motivate teams across marketing, sales, operations, and franchise development.

Ensure alignment between teams to achieve business goals.

Build a strong work culture that reflects Chai Nagris values.

Set performance KPIs and track team productivity.

2. Business Development & Expansion

Identify new business opportunities, including franchise expansions, corporate collaborations, and strategic partnerships.

Develop and execute plans for increasing revenue streams.

Explore new locations and markets for Chai Nagris presence.

3. Brand Growth & Digital Marketing

Oversee & drive marketing strategies to boost brand positioning and awareness.

Manage social media, influencer collaborations, PR, and promotional campaigns.

Work closely with content & creative teams to craft engaging storytelling.

Leverage SEO, paid ads, and analytics to strengthen Chai Nagris digital footprint.

Ensure brand consistency across outlets, digital platforms, and all marketing materials.

4. Franchise & Corporate Relations

Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and stakeholders.

Ensure smooth operations and brand consistency across all outlets.

Develop franchisee training programs to maintain service standards.

5. Financial & Performance Management

Work with finance and operations teams to ensure profitability and cost control.

Analyze business performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements.

Oversee pricing strategies and revenue management.

6. Innovation & Customer Experience

Identify trends and implement innovative ideas for product offerings and store experiences.

Ensure top-notch customer service and satisfaction.

Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve brand positioning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

2+ years of experience in brand management, business development, or team leadership roles.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies (SEO, social media, paid ads, content marketing, etc.).

Proven experience in scaling businesses and expanding franchises.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.

Passion for F&B, retail, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
