Job Title: Learning and Growth Lead

A highly skilled professional is required to lead learning initiatives across multiple outlets, driving growth and operational excellence.

We are a rapidly expanding national brand with 30+ outlets, specializing in delivering exceptional dining, cafe, and lounge experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive training programs for food, beverages, and liquor service, aligning with industry standards.
  • Standardize operational training across all outlets to maintain brand consistency, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for managers, chefs, bartenders, and service staff, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  • Monitor performance and assess the effectiveness of training programs, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to identify training needs, drive strategic planning, and measure results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in F&B training (restaurant, lounge, bar, or hospitality industry), with a focus on adult learning and development.
  • Strong knowledge of food, cocktails, wines, and liquor service standards, including health and safety protocols.
  • Expertise in creating training modules, SOPs, and skill assessments, leveraging technology and innovative methods.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel across outlets for training sessions, embracing flexibility and adaptability.
