Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a cloud solutions expert. This role involves engaging with customers to understand their business needs and challenges, conducting detailed assessments, and collaborating with the sales team to design and present customized Azure solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assess customer needs and develop tailored solutions using Azure services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts (POCs) showcasing Azure benefits and capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure offerings, updates, and industry trends to provide accurate mentorship to customers.
  • Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle by providing technical guidance, addressing customer inquiries, and conducting product demonstrations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Over 7 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, with a proven focus on Azure technologies.
  • In-depth expertise in Azure services, architecture, and standard processes.
  • Ability to build/define Statements of Work for Deployments, PoCs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSA) are highly desirable.
