Management Development Program

The Management Development Program is a comprehensive career development program designed for fresh management graduates. The program aims to equip participants with the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience to become high-value specialists and future business leaders.

The program focuses on developing associates who possess a well-rounded understanding of business teams before becoming subject matter experts. It also aims to build and nurture strong, well-rounded leaders who will replenish the pipeline for managerial roles over the next 3 to 5 years.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Participate in challenging assignments throughout our Offshore Delivery Centre organization in various fields including Corporate HR, Recruitment, Talent Management, L&D, Finance, Market Research, etc.
    • Contribute to different projects during each rotation of the traineeship.

Requirements:

  • Essential Skills:
    • Ability to navigate AI.
    • Strategic planning or MBA fresher.
    • Expertise in PPT and Excel.
    • Deadline work maturity.
  • Desirable Skills:
    • Postgraduate degree in Human Resource, Finance, Marketing, or General Management.
    • No more than two years of working experience.
    • Preferably demonstrated interest in Service Industry.
    • International mindset.
    • Good command over English language.
