Senior Data Engineer
We are seeking an experienced data engineer with expertise in cloud-based platforms and big data tools to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS and Databricks services, as well as experience in building and optimizing ETL/ELT workflows for large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
The senior data engineer will be responsible for leveraging Databricks for advanced analytics and machine learning workloads, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable data solutions, and implementing data governance and quality checks.
Required Skills- 7+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on cloud-based platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including S3, Redshift, Glue, EMR, Athena, Lambda, and Kinesis.
- Expertise in Databricks, including PySpark, Delta Lake, and ML pipelines.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data transformation and querying.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex data projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
