Job Title: Solution Architect - Kinaxis Expert

At Thoucentric Technology Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with expertise in Kinaxis Rapid Response to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain planning practice, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end supply chain planning solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design of supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis Rapid Response for clients across various industries, sectors, and geographies.
  • Provide functional and technical expertise with an ability to model and design solutions using the tool on a project basis.
  • Be actively involved in gap analysis and scope finalization meetings to finalize the solutions architecture and related deliverables.
  • Indulge in Rapid Response system architecture design with a deep understanding of the data models and DSMs.
  • Provide inputs to solution and integration consultants and guide clients on technological best practices in the industry.
  • Support solution consultants and project managers by providing technical guidance throughout the configuration, testing, and release of supply chain planning solutions.
  • Prepare detailed use cases for performance evaluation of Kinaxis-based solutions.
  • Provide guidance for cutover and hypercare teams on solutions design and configuration.
  • Contribute to building Kinaxis/supply chain practice at Thoucentric and help grow the company by participating in pre-sales activities, building new solutions/offering that can strengthen Thoucentric's capabilities in the supply chain space.
  • Create reusable assets to help accelerate delivery of solutions.
Requirements:
  • End-to-end understanding of Kinaxis Rapid Response tool, its data models, and design to lead large projects.
  • Understanding of supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and inventory optimization.
  • 6-8 years of experience in supply chain planning and Kinaxis with at least 2 implementation projects/authoring experience in Rapid Response.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders with a capacity to present, discuss, and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally.
  • Hands-on experience to configure the supply chain product and customize the solution as per client requirements.
  • Ability to create business blueprint documents and validate design by conforming to best industry practices.

  • Good influencing and persuasion skills with the ability to enthuse and inspire multidisciplinary teams and build successful relationships at all levels.
  • Good team player, self-motivated, and able to work on own initiative.
  • Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues.

Kindly note that we are working in a hybrid mode with a base location in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This is not a remote role.
