Job Description:Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master at Thoucentric, you will be responsible for guiding and coaching scrum teams on how to use scrum practices and principles.

You will work with scrum teams to deliver high-quality products and services for clients.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders to drive corporate projects and initiatives.

You will facilitate and support all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective and Product Backlog grooming.

You will work with Product owners to ensure product backlog is well aligned for scrum teams.

You will remove impediments for the team to ensure team achieves overall project objectives.

You will monitor, track, and report project progress.

You will manage timely and appropriate communication and relationship with clients, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.

You will plan, track, and manage cost, schedule, and scope for all projects.

You will bring in best practices and lessons learned from other projects and past.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders with emphasis on follow through and reporting.
  • Proficient in tools like Azure Devops, MS Project, Confluence, Jira and Excel.
  • Excellent organization and project documentation skills.
  • Analytical and Problem-solving skills along with self-motivation to excel.
  • Meticulous planning skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong working experience in Power point including good presentation skills.
