Remote WordPress Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our collaborative team as a Remote WordPress Developer.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in WordPress, Figma, and other relevant technologies. We require someone who can translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive WordPress websites, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and adherence to design specifications.

  • Translate Figma designs into functional WordPress websites (themes, templates, and components)
  • Collaborate with the team to discuss requirements, clarify tasks, and deliver on timelines
  • Manage deployments (staging → production), troubleshoot hosting/DNS/SSL issues, and ensure smooth launches

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, native-level English, and the ability to work effectively in a small team environment.

Technical Expertise

  • Strong proficiency with WordPress (themes, child themes, plugins, custom post types)
  • Strong proficiency with Figma
  • Basic proficiency in Drupal Commerce
  • Skilled in HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, MySQL

Design & UX Awareness

  • Ability to translate Figma designs into clean, functional builds
  • Basic understanding of UX principles and accessibility best practices

Performance Optimization & SEO Fundamentals

  • Performance optimization (caching, image compression, clean code)
  • SEO fundamentals (analytics tags, semantic structure, meta tags, alt text, headings)
