Cloud Automation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Automation Engineer to design, build and optimize infrastructure automation solutions for our clients.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, strong experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and hands-on skills in VMware automation, Aria stack, OpenShift, Nutanix and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

  • Develop reusable and scalable IaC templates and automate provisioning & configuration across public, private and hybrid clouds.
  • Implement VMware automation with Aria stack and enable policy-as-code, manage OpenShift clusters to support containerized environments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Build: Develop reusable and scalable infrastructure as code templates to automate provisioning and configuration of cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Automate Provisioning and Configuration: Automate the deployment and management of cloud-based infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Infrastructure as Code: Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible and CloudFormation.
  • VMware Automation: Hands-on experience with VMware automation including Aria stack and policy-as-code.
  • OpenShift Clusters: Ability to manage OpenShift clusters to support containerized environments.
  • Cloud-Based Infrastructure: Experience with cloud-based infrastructure including public, private and hybrid clouds.
Preferred Certifications:
  • Terraform Associate: Terraform Associate certification from HashiCorp.
  • OCI Certified Architect: OCI Certified Architect certification.
  • Kubernetes Certification: Kubernetes certification including CKA, CKAD and OpenShift EX280.
  • VMware Certifications: VMware certifications.
  • Nutanix Certifications: Nutanix certifications including NCA and NCP-MCI.
