Business Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, clean, and organize data for analysis.

This role requires a balance of technical expertise, automation skills, and strong communication to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and organize structured and unstructured datasets for analysis.
  • Trend Identification: Perform exploratory and advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for management and operational teams.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements.
  • Automation: Automate recurring reporting and analytical tasks using AI/ML-based tools and scripting.
  • Database Management: Manage and optimize databases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
  • Presentations: Present findings in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Data Analysis Tools: Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (Python, SQL, Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Visualization Platforms: Must have experience with visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Database Management Systems: Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).
  • Automation Workflows: Hands-on experience in automation workflows (Python scripts, AI/ML models preferred).
  • Complex Data Handling: Ability to work with large, complex datasets and build analytical models.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical and structured mindset.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain insights clearly.
  • Adaptability: Quick learner with the ability to grasp domain knowledge and industry context.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with a sense of ownership and responsibility.
Preferred Attributes:
  • MIS Experience: Prior experience in MIS, dashboards, or business intelligence reporting.
  • AI-Driven Analytics: Familiarity with AI-driven analytics or automation platforms.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results.
Education & Experience:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: 2–5 years of relevant work experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or database management.
