Job Title: Supply Chain Management Specialist

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced supply chain management specialist to lead business analysis and requirements gathering with non-technical stakeholders.
  • This individual will translate business objectives into functional requirements and refine them into technical action items.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle ERP application functionality and deep knowledge of supply chain processes and Oracle Cloud framework.
  • Prior experience in configuring Oracle SCM applications, including Inventory, Product Data Management (PDM), Demand & Supply Planning, Shipping, and Transportation Management, is essential.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and mitigate risks.
  • Additional responsibilities include validating feasibility of user requests against system capabilities and data structures, providing expert data analysis using SQL queries, and ensuring security and compliance with company policies for confidential information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required.
  • 8–10 years of experience as an Oracle Applications Consultant or System Analyst/Manager is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL queries and SDLC methodologies is necessary.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word) are required.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • The ability to manage multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines is vital.
