Vocational Mobilization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobilization Specialist to spearhead campus outreach, build partnerships with vocational institutes, and drive large-scale onboarding initiatives.

This is a field-oriented role requiring exceptional relationship-building skills, event management expertise, and data-driven tracking abilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning and executing high-volume mobilization campaigns.

• Establish and maintain relationships with vocational institutes, Training & Placement Officers, Principals, and other skilling partners across target geographies.
• Plan and execute mobilization campaigns – campus drives, job fairs, boot camps, and digital onboarding sessions – to register and onboard candidates onto our platform.
• Own the end-to-end candidate funnel from outreach to registration, eligibility screening, skill-tagging, digital onboarding, and placement handover.
• Coordinate logistics for on-site drives, including scheduling, venue coordination, equipment setup, and team management.
• Conduct pre-screening, basic assessments, documentation verification, and ensure quality of candidate data captured (photo ID, certificates, contact details).
• Collaborate with recruitment/delivery teams to ensure smooth handover, follow-up for joining, and improve offer-to-join conversion.
• Drive candidate engagement through orientation sessions, employability workshops, and regular communication via phone/SMS/WhatsApp.
• Develop and maintain a dashboard to track outreach, registrations, conversions, placement outcomes, and institute-level metrics. Provide weekly/monthly reports to leadership.
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements with institutes and training organizations.
• Represent our organization at local skilling events, government skilling centers, NSDC/state skill council meetings, and build referral channels.
• Capture feedback and insights from institutes and candidates to enhance platform UX, onboarding flow, and mobilization playbooks.

• 6–8 years of experience in mobilization, campus placements, institutional partnerships, community engagement, or recruitment – preferably with vocational/skill development organizations, staffing firms, placement cells, or NGOs.
• Strong existing contacts or demonstrable experience working with vocational institutes, TPOs, training partners, or NSDC/state skill councils is a significant advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management – able to build trust with Principals, TPOs, training managers, and local authorities.
• Proven track record of planning and executing high-volume onboarding drives and events.
• Strong field orientation – comfortable with frequent travel, overnight stays, and working on-site at institutes and industrial clusters.
• Good command of English and Hindi; knowledge of an additional regional language relevant to target geographies is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple mobilization projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with CRM/ATS tools, Google Sheets/Excel, and basic data dashboarding.
• Good presentation and training skills; comfortable running group sessions and short assessment tests.
