We are a consulting company based in multiple countries, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365, project and resource management, process consulting and software development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining accurate accounting records and ensuring timely postings of entries.
  • Ensuring proper maintenance of cash flow and bank reconciliations.
  • Preparing working documents for GST/TDS returns and filing them within the prescribed timeframe.
  • Creating sales invoices in ERP and dispatching them to customers in a timely manner.
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable effectively.
  • Coordinating travel and hotel bookings and ensuring payments are made within allocated budgets.
  • Handling employee reimbursements in accordance with company policies.
  • Responsible for maintaining stock levels of office supplies, pantry items, and HR joining kits, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
  • Monitoring office utilities like AC, internet, electricity, water, etc., and making timely payments.
  • Renewing AMC contracts for services such as AC, pest control, coffee machine, etc. and ensuring regular servicing.
  • Maintaining physical and scanned copies of expense bills, vendor invoices, and other documents.
  • Assisting in the preparation of final accounts and supporting auditors during statutory and transfer pricing audits.
  • Performing any additional accounting or administrative tasks as required by the organization.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates should hold a degree in accounting or commerce with relevant work experience.
