Job Title:

Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Sales & Operations Lead

About the Role:

This is a high-ownership position that requires an individual to oversee the end-to-end process of getting fresh farm produce from our farms in Uttarakhand to consumers across Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production & Inventory Coordination:
    • Synchronize with the farm team to plan weekly/seasonal harvests based on demand.
    • Track inventory and freshness levels, and forecast product availability.
  • Logistics & Fulfilment:
    • Coordinate delivery schedules with local transporters or third-party partners.
    • E nsure timely, cold-chain (if needed), and efficient delivery to customers.
  • Pricing & Sales Strategy:
    • Set pricing for SKUs with input from farm economics, local market rates, and margins.
    • Develop weekly/monthly sales targets and promotions.
  • Marketing & Consumer Outreach:
    • Work with the marketing team to run WhatsApp, Instagram, and offline campaigns.
    • Drive trials via community activations, pop-ups, or apartment-level sales.
  • Order & Customer Management:
    • Handle inbound customer queries, take bulk orders, and solve fulfillment issues.
    • Ensure smooth order management and customer satisfaction.
