As an expert in analytics service delivery, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue for our clients. At EXL, we provide data-driven, action-oriented solutions to complex business problems through statistical data mining, cutting-edge analytics techniques, and a consultative approach.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with 7+ years of experience in analytics service delivery, consulting, solution design, and client management. If you have a strong knowledge of the analytics service industry, with a focus on B2C & Omni-channel retail across customer lifecycle and customer journey, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Primary day-to-day client contacts and interaction with C-level executives
- Serving as the primary interface between senior client management and EXL senior leadership (VPs and SVPs)
- Interacting regularly with clients to understand business requirements, define analytical problems, structure, and communicate solutions, and ensure client satisfaction with strong business-driving results
You will manage / lead 1-2 engagement/ projects with different team structures and service delivery models. Responsible for driving revenue-generating from these accounts.
Key skills and qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience comprising analytics service delivery, consulting, solution design, and client management
- Experience and strong knowledge of the analytics service industry with focus on B2C & Omni-channel retail across customer lifecycle and customer journey
- Demonstrable leadership ability, superior problem-solving, and people management skills
- Excellent listening, written communication, and presentation skills
- Experience in marketing, operations, sales, and supply chain along with project management, cost reduction, and business development in manufacturing / mobility/auto industry
- Exposure to key concepts related to EV, Telematics, and IoT
