We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Travel Consultant. This role offers the opportunity to craft unforgettable experiences for clients and be an integral part of a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for crafting personalized travel solutions that meet client preferences, timelines, and budgets. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a passion for travel.

As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will:

  • Respond to inquiries with a consultative approach, driving conversions through meaningful conversations.
  • Design bespoke travel packages aligned with customer interests, using our in-house tech platform to deliver real-time itinerary options.
  • Provide pre-trip guidance, on-trip assistance, and post-trip support, ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Engagement
  • Build relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and suggesting curated domestic and international travel solutions.
  • Stay updated on trending destinations, seasonal offerings, and exclusive experiences.
Itinerary Planning & Customization
  • Create tailored itineraries that exceed client expectations.
  • Liaise with vendors, airlines, and hotel partners to secure competitive rates and ensure smooth operations.
Customer Experience
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes, offerings, and customer delight.
What We're Looking ForKnowledge & Skills
  • Familiarity with global and domestic travel destinations, packages, and pricing trends.
  • Strong negotiation skills and vendor relationship management.
Tech Savvy
  • Proficiency in travel booking platforms, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Able to quickly learn and adapt to our proprietary itinerary builder system.
Language Proficiency
  • Fluent in English, with additional regional or international languages a plus.
