Documentation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Documentation Specialist to create and revise technical documentation for electro-mechanical assemblies. The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs), Illustrated Parts Catalogues (IPC), Service Bulletins, and Temporary Revisions
  • Creation of procedures and functional descriptions based on schematics, wiring diagrams, and circuit diagrams
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality guidelines
  • Proficiency in structured documentation formats and tools for technical illustrations
  • Development of strong knowledge in industry standards and technical languages

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong understanding of industry standards (e.g., ATA iSpec 2200, S1000D)
  • Proficiency in CAD tools like CATIA V5, UG (NX), and SolidWorks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and able to meet deadlines
