Job Title: Senior Team Lead

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Team Lead to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize store layouts, visual merchandising, and product displays.
  3. Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive and personalized shopping experience.
  4. Conduct regular employee reviews and provide feedback to support employee development and retention.
  5. Collaborate with the Store Manager to set goals, objectives, and priorities for the store.
  6. Identify and address operational issues promptly, taking corrective action as needed.
  7. Support inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
  8. Monitor and maintain store appearance, ensuring it meets company standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
