About the Role:

The India FP&A Manager / Senior Manager will be responsible for the India P&L and Cash Flow, working closely with local, regional, and corporate finance leadership. This role involves supporting the SharkNinja India sales, marketing, and operations organization on all aspects of the P&L and Cash Flow, including in-depth margin & go-to market analysis, monthly accounting close process, and forecast & budgeting.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leading the finance workstream for establishing the India business
  • Building the FP&A process, leveraging regional best practices
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver P&L and Cash Flow targets
  • Actively managing risks & opportunities

Our Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in finance & accounting, preferably in a fast-paced industry such as consumer goods, FMCG, and retail
  • Experience in both well-established MNCs and start-up environments is preferred
  • Strong business acumen, on top of financial expertise
  • Excellent communication skills: able to analyze complex business & financial topics, simplify, and drive action to multi-functional teams
