Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analysis Leader to join our India COE team. The successful candidate will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for various business units supported by the COE.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience managing global stakeholders and cross-functional teams. They will also possess expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as proficiency in ERP systems and BI tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for business units supported by the India COE.
  • Manage the preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with global finance teams to provide actionable insights that drive business performance.
  • Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate reporting standards and local regulations.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of FP&A analysts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles.
  • Experience in a COE or shared services environment is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Technical skills: financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting; ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
