Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to lead our advisory services team. As a senior advisor, you will be responsible for managing complex client engagements, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and providing expert technical guidance on accounting matters.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple accounting advisory engagements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality services within established timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams, serving as a trusted advisor and key point of contact.
  • Identify and address client needs, providing tailored solutions and recommendations.
Technical Expertise and Advisory
  • Provide expert technical accounting guidance on complex accounting issues, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, financial instruments, and business combinations.
  • Assist clients and internal teams with the implementation of new accounting standards and the preparation of financial statements.
  • Conduct research and stay current on emerging accounting and regulatory developments.
Team Leadership and Development
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support career development initiatives.
  • Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • CPA, CA, or equivalent professional certification required.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in accounting advisory, audit, or financial consulting.
Skills and Qualities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with accounting software and ERP systems is a plus.
