We're seeking a skilled Data Transformation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing, managing, and optimizing complex data migrations.
- Data Migrations: Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using dbt, AWS, and Redshift to efficiently manage and transform large datasets.
- Pipeline Development: Build a deep understanding of recruitment CRMs (people, projects, companies) to drive efficient data handling and transformation.
- Documentation: Establish clear, efficient processes for data handling and write documentation for end-to-end pipeline management.
We require candidates with exceptional technical skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. If you have:
- A background in data engineering or related fields.
- Experience conducting multiple customer migrations (+20).
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
