Cloud Computing Specialist

As a Cloud Computing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining cloud applications, ensuring seamless performance and security.

We are seeking an experienced professional with knowledge of cloud migrations, Windows Server management, Office 365 administration, and networking to join our team.

  • Manage and maintain cloud environments, including installation, configuration, patch management, and performance tuning.
  • Deliver expert-level support services to clients, resolving issues related to cloud services, server infrastructure, and productivity software.
  • Develop and implement robust solutions for hosting various software programs, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal disruption.
  • Provide expert-level support for Office 365, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other associated services.
  • Implement and troubleshoot networking solutions, including VPN, VLAN, firewall configurations, and TCP/IP protocols.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in cloud support and administration is highly advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in Office 365 administration and Windows Server operating systems is essential.
  • Experience with printer setup and troubleshooting across different network configurations is desirable.
  • Knowledge of networking principles and protocols is necessary.
  • Ability to provide effective remote support to clients, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric attitude is vital.
