">Responsibilities:
">- Analyze new investment opportunities and create detailed cash flow projections.
- Manage investor presentations for clients, investors, and lenders.
- Coordinate due diligence activities for originations and acquisitions.
- Oversee daily operations of the private equity portfolio, including portfolio management, investor relations, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the Managing Partner to manage the firm's private equity portfolio.
- Track and report on capital raised, AUM, AER, and other key metrics.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize shareholder value through active fund ownership and prudent market timing.
- Participate in fund selection process and due diligence process for prospective funds.
- Minimum five years of financial analysis or real estate investment experience, private equity banking required.
- Superior financial modeling skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to create comprehensive and professional-looking reports and presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in real estate, finance, accounting, economics, or other related business discipline.
