Senior Financial Operations Manager

A high-caliber leader with exceptional accounting and finance expertise is sought to spearhead our organization's financial operations. As a seasoned Finance Lead, you will oversee the administration of accounting activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in India and the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close reporting.
- Support corporate budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze departmental performance to enhance operational efficiency.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar position, preferably in a mid-size organization.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, accounting procedures, taxation, and other statutory matters.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Zoho, and Microsoft Office.
We are particularly interested in candidates with:
- Immediate availability and qualifications as a CA/CMA or equivalent.
- Experience in IT/service sector environments.
- Knowledge of US and Indian tax laws.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 4-7 years of experience in finance/accounts, with 2-3 years of people management experience.
- A strong financial and accounting background.
- A Commerce Graduate degree, preferably with a qualification in CA/CMA.
