Business Analyst - Dynamics 365 Functional Expert

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work as a Business Analyst for a well-established organization. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives. Your primary goal will be to translate these requirements into functional specifications that meet the client's business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather detailed business requirements.
  • Create process flows, user stories, and wireframes to communicate design ideas.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Design scalable and efficient Dynamics 365 solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Work with technical teams to ensure solutions are feasible and align with best practices.
  • Configure Dynamics 365 features such as workflows, process builder, flows, and custom objects.
  • Develop test plans and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Identify and resolve issues during the testing phase.
  • Provide training to end-users on new Dynamics 365 features and functionalities.
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 users.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 platform capabilities and limitations.
  • Proficiency in creating process flows, wireframes, and user stories.
  • Familiarity with data migration and integration tools (e.g., Data Loader, MuleSoft).
  • Basic knowledge of ERP Business Central is a must.
  • Knowledge of Sprints/Scrum and experience with JIRA.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of broad Dynamics (ERP) consulting experience.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP).
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
