Our team seeks a seasoned Aircraft Maintenance Manual Author with hands-on experience in Airbus aircraft programs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for someone to create and revise Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMMs) for Airbus aircraft programs, utilizing technical documentation standards such as ATA iSpec2200, S1000D, and ASD-STE100.
  • The ideal candidate will interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents to develop accurate maintenance procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards.
  • Additionally, the author will utilize Airbus-specific tools, such as GIPSY, GIDOCA, SAP, ZAMIZ, DACAS, and PDMLink, to maintain high-quality documentation.
  • Collaboration with engineering, design, and quality teams is crucial to ensure technical accuracy, and the successful candidate will conduct peer reviews and provide guidance to junior authors and illustrators.
  • Maintaining documentation quality and ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks are also key responsibilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in AMM authoring for Airbus aircraft, with a strong understanding of ATA chapters related to airframe and systems.
  • Familiarity with Airbus documentation standards and tools is essential, along with excellent written communication and technical writing skills.
  • Detail-oriented individuals with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are highly desirable.
