We seek a seasoned Electrical and Instrumentation professional to oversee maintenance activities for electrical, electronics, and instrumentation systems. As a key team member, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency of plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise maintenance activities for electrical, electronics, and instrumentation systems.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns and ensure maximum availability of machines and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in machine panels, drive systems, SCADA, PLCs, and automation controls.
- Coordinate with production and other departments for smooth plant operations.
- Manage documentation of maintenance activities, breakdown analysis, and equipment history.
- Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements in all electrical & instrumentation works.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes and systems.
- Train and develop maintenance team members on new technologies and best practices.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
