Job Title: Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Finance professional to lead our financial planning and analysis function in Dubai. This role is crucial in driving financial visibility, performance tracking, and informed decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes in collaboration with various business units.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify variances versus budget/forecast, and present actionable insights to senior management.
  • Develop and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs that inform business decisions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Product) to support decision-making with financial models and analysis.
  • Track key business drivers and market trends to inform strategic planning and investment decisions.
  • Design and enhance financial models for scenario planning, profitability analysis, and resource allocation.
  • Support board reporting, investor presentations, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements and automation within FP&A to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Chartered Accountant (CA/CMA) preferred.
  • At least 12 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment analysis.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, Oracle).
  • Experience working in a high-growth or tech-driven environment is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
