We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Dubai Real Estate Agents. This commission-based role offers high earning potential for candidates with a strong sales background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Dubai real estate projects to clients from India and overseas.
- Build and maintain a network of potential buyers through calls, meetings, and digital platforms.
- Conduct client consultations to understand investment needs and property requirements.
- Present property options, explain payment plans, and guide clients through the purchasing process.
- Collaborate with sales managers for lead coordination and deal closing.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of proven sales experience in insurance, banking, finance, or related fields (real estate experience preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp, email, and basic digital tools for client communication.
