Job Overview

The position involves real-time queue monitoring, ensuring analysts are available on phones/chats as per business model requirements. It also includes sending intraday reports and managing client interactions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and track real-time floor activities in terms of adherence to process-defined AUX/ACW/BREAKS & SHIFTS.
  • Send intraday reporting, including hourly interval reports, productivity reports, and other relevant information.
  • Ensure the availability of analysts on phones/chats as per business model requirements.
  • Manage client interactions effectively.
