Role Description
  • Manage and support Control systems focusing on Allen Bradley PLCs and AVEVA SCADA platforms.
Key Responsibilities
  • PLC Programming: Develop and implement PLC programs for automation systems using industry-standard PLC platforms. Strong background in AllenBradley.
  • System Integration: Design, configure, and integrate PLC systems with other automation components such as sensors, drives, HMI, SCADA, and IO modules.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to PLC, SCADA programs, logic, hardware, and communication between systems.
  • Configuring and troubleshooting PLC systems in an industrial environment.
  • Perform system integration testing and validation of migrated SCADA systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SCADA system migration.
  • Design, configure, and develop HMI SCADA applications.
  • Perform FAT On-site commissioning PLC SCADA Project.
  • Testing Commissioning: Perform system testing and debugging ensuring that PLC controlled SCADA systems are operating according to the specifications and requirements.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support during the installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases of projects. Offer ongoing support to clients for troubleshooting and maintenance of PLC SCADA systems.
