Overview:

This role involves leading and managing software development projects from initiation to completion, with a focus on agile methodologies. The Scrum Master will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of software products that meet or exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sprint Ceremonies: Establish and maintain Scrum Teams across various projects, ensuring that sprint ceremonies are conducted according to defined Agile methodologies.
  • Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for execution.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment, providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members to maximize their productivity and efficiency.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure minimal disruptions during project execution.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication within the team and with stakeholders, providing regular status updates, reports, and presentations to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to define and implement quality standards and processes, ensuring that software products meet or exceed quality expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the development teams, implementing agile best practices and lessons learned from previous projects to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology) with a minimum 10 years of overall experience.
  • Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master in the IT industry with at least 5 years of experience in this role.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Mandatory Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
