Job Description

The Operations Team oversees a complex network in the creation and dissemination of data-driven insights. This role will be instrumental in helping us achieve our strategic objectives: highest quality, shortest time to value, lowest cost, and contributes to transformation of our data capabilities.

As an Operations Manager for Data Insights, you will work as a member of our global IT team. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and solving complex business problems related to data, quality, and supply chain operations. You will receive training to achieve this and have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow professionally.

What You Will Do

  • Work with stakeholders to perform process analysis, scope definition, requirements elicitation, testing planning, and coordination
  • Collaborate with various teams to understand key business capabilities required, assess the current state, and align target state with our strategy
  • Partner with platform teams to create, change, or modify any required systems/application interfaces
  • Enhance the capabilities of analytics systems
  • Perform systems analysis and design on analytics projects and programs
  • Take ownership of evaluations and proof of concept activities
  • Test solutions functionalities and analytical capabilities with business use cases, train users, and document results

Create documentation for the solutions that you create, enhance, and support in line with System Development Lifecycle standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
  • At least 6-year experience working as an IT Business or Technical Analyst
  • Experience with analytics systems, SQL, and NoSQL databases, data lake concepts
  • Overview in information management area, especially data engineering, data modeling, visualizations, and data warehousing is welcome
