The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a strategic role in driving people strategies that fuel business growth.

This role partners with stakeholders to support a high-performance culture, manage complex employee relations, and shape key HR programs like performance, retention, rewards, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive critical human resource metrics such as retention, engagement; cost for a fast-paced business.
  • Engage with internal and external partners for C&B, Staffing, HRSS, and the business.
  • Operate independently to ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team. Train, mentor, and lead HR initiatives and best Practices.
  • Responsible for HR operations, Employee Relations, and Business HR teams.
  • Partner with expertise centers to tackle business problems and execute corporate-wide talent initiatives.
  • Use data to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop proactive actions to further support business objectives.
  • Own/drive HR policies and directives and ensure smooth implementation across the firm.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, performance, and continuous learning by guiding business and HR teams.
