Job Overview

The Creative Producer is a pivotal role within our team, responsible for overseeing day-to-day project activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality assets on time.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute daily production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking progress from initial brief to final asset delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all due processes, including documentation, contracts, payments, and internal workflows, while maintaining accurate records and updates.
  • Manage task assignments, vendor coordination, and quality checks to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and creative standards.
  • Work closely with creative, strategy, and other teams to facilitate seamless project flow and resolve any operational issues.
  • Assist in client communications as needed, providing updates and ensuring deliverables align with client expectations.
  • Identify potential delays or issues early, escalating to the Associate Director as required, and implementing corrective actions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in production, preferably in creative or agency environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver projects on time.
  • In-depth understanding of production workflows, including creative development, asset creation, and delivery across digital and traditional media.
  • Strong attention to detail in managing processes, documentation, and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration and basic client interactions.
