Content Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Content Development Specialist to create engaging and conversion-focused content that drives learner acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive content strategies to drive enrolment and learner engagement
  • Create optimized web copy, blog posts, and resource pages for search engine rankings and conversions
  • Design high-converting email sequences, newsletters, and nurture campaigns for effective lead generation
  • Write persuasive ad scripts for video, display, and social media campaigns with proven ROI

Content Creation:

  • Create scripts for educational videos, webinars, and promotional content
  • Develop course marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and sales collateral
  • Write compelling testimonials, success stories, and case study narratives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional content writing/copywriting experience in EdTech, digital marketing, or skill training industry
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience
  • Portfolio requirement: Must demonstrate measurable results (conversion rates, engagement metrics, campaign performance)

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Conversion Copywriting: Proven track record of writing copy that converts prospects to customers
  • Educational Content: Experience creating learning-focused content that simplifies complex concepts
  • Brand Voice Development: Ability to create and maintain consistent brand voice across all channels
