As a Director of Strategic Planning, you will drive innovative campaigns for clients by leveraging social platforms to foster engaging experiences through insights and expertise.

Closely collaborate with the client servicing team to enhance thinking, strategy direction, and recommended programs and tactics. You will be responsible for analyzing Category, Competition, Consumer, Culture & Brand to develop unique, differentiated insights, and creating an integrated strategy platform for campaigns/pitches as a springboard for creative teams.

  1. Translate business objectives into social/digital media objectives enriched by proprietary benchmarks.
  2. Define overall strategy in terms of Distribution and Amplification.
  3. Participate actively in new business pitches as required.

Requirements

  • Post Graduate with 7 years of experience in brand planning, social, and/or digital campaign management, digital creative strategy.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect business requirements to strategy solutions.
  • Research and data analytical skills generating data-based insights for the strategy process.
  • Ability to work effectively, proactively, and collaboratively within integrated teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
