Category Management Opportunity

The successful Category Manager will lead product planning, pricing strategies and inventory management to drive category profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop merchandising plans & forecasts (demand, annual plans, gross contribution).
  • Implement pricing, promotion & markdown strategies to maximize margins.
  • Manage product portfolio & new product development.
  • Oversee inventory norms, stock turns, and new store indenting.
  • Collaborate with sales & retail ops teams to improve channel & store productivity.
  • Contribute to policy updates, training, and people development.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in Jewellery, Fashion or Garments, strong analytical ability, skills in customer orientation, detail orientation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of market trends, competition, and store catchments.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
