Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled administrator to support the setup, administration, and monitoring of our Windchill environments.

The ideal candidate will have a balance of operational expertise and focused technical knowledge in areas such as database basics, scripting, and troubleshooting.

  • Perform day-to-day administration tasks, including account setup, access rights, and system management.
  • Manage operations and monitoring of our Windchill environments to ensure system performance and reliability.
  • Configure, operate, and monitor CAD & non-CAD workers (Creo, BricsCad, Office Workers).
  • Support interface landscape operations and troubleshooting.
  • Execute system setup, environment cloning, preparation, and rehosting (creation of development and non-productive environments using KB methodology).
  • Manage Solr indexing operations, including configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and bulk reindexing.
  • Administer file servers and vaults for secure and efficient data storage.
  • Perform queue management to optimize system efficiency.
  • Contribute to solution architecture tasks within PLM infrastructure for specialized areas.
  • Provide focused expertise in modules/processes such as database basics, scripting, and targeted troubleshooting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Windchill administration and support.
  • Strong knowledge of system setup, configuration, monitoring, and rehosting.
  • Familiarity with databases, scripting, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Solr indexing, file server/vault administration, and queue management.
  • Ability to work independently on well-defined specialized tasks while supporting broader administration responsibilities.
