We have an immediate opening for a seasoned HR Manager/Lead to join our team.

Job type: Permanent

Experience: 7+ years

Mode: In Hybrid WFO

Location: Pune Hinjewadi Phase III

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and streamline the international background verification process.
  • Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR teams across various regions to implement best practices and ensure consistency in HR operations globally.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of international background verification processes and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
