Senior Production Designer

The role of a senior production designer is to create high-quality virtual mockups/proofs for customers and prepare production files for decoration. This position involves working with multiple departments, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Edit customer-provided artwork to company-specific product templates
  • Email customers for proof approval and handle edit requests
  • Create proof and production templates for new products
  • Troubleshoot design-related issues affecting production
  • Vectorize art when provided artwork is raster
  • Apply basic photography skills
  • Manage multiple tasks between different orders and projects
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in Graphic Design with a focus on production design
  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of the Promotional Products industry (preferred)
  • Experience with Imprinting and/or Engraving (preferred)
