**Job Title:** Health and Safety Reporting Analyst
">**About the Role:
">As a dedicated Health and Safety Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting Health and Safety data to produce insightful and actionable reports.
Your primary objective is to consolidate and visualize complex data in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that client stakeholders at all levels are well-informed and up-to-date on key metrics and trends.
In addition to this, you will be required to follow up on data errors in reporting, plan and complete work with thoroughness, learn and understand our corporate Health and Safety strategy, business unit specific operations, and broader industry trends, and perform routine weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual data collection, analysis, consolidation, and reporting.
">**Key Responsibilities:
">- Collects, analyzes, consolidates, and interprets Health and Safety data.
- Prepares insightful and actionable reports, presentations, and visualizations.
- Follows up on data errors in reporting.
- Plans and completes work with thoroughness.
- Learns and understands our corporate Health and Safety strategy, business unit specific operations, and broader industry trends.
- Performs routine weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual data collection, analysis, consolidation, and reporting.
**Qualifications and Skills:
">- Associates or Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience with or ability to quickly learn data consolidation and reporting systems.
- Proven self-starter with exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant health and safety work experience.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and strong business acumen.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.
