Job Title: Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of a call center.
  • Set clear team goals and deadlines.
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
  • Motivate and lead team members.
  • Assign campaigns to agents and monitor their progress.
  • Conduct hourly agent performance checks.
  • Perform call audits with feedback.
  • Read and analyze MIS reports.
  • Identify training needs and provide coaching.
  • Listen to team member feedback and resolve issues.
  • Handle all Call Center Level activities.
  • Support HR functions at the center level.
  • Manage social media engagement for reporting agents.
  • Maintain discipline within the call center.
  • Secure and manage call center resources.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor.
  • Good computer skills, especially in MS Excel.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Decision-making skills.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in any stream.
  • Training in team leading is an asset.
