Job Title: Investment Banking Specialist

As a key member of our Investment Banking Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our client partners and driving process improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the finance industry, with a particular focus on capital markets and derivatives. You should be proficient with numbers and able to extract valuable insights from data, as well as possess excellent multi-tasking and creative problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Independently manage clients and handle client calls– establish yourself as a trusted partner
  • Elevate issues to client and internal managers to bring attention to critical matters in a timely manner
  • Develop domain expertise and lead by example
  • Contribute to knowledge management initiatives by sharing process knowledge and best practices within the team

Required qualifications include:

  • Graduation (BCom, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Post-Graduation (MCom, MBA, PGDM)
  • 2 to 5.5 years of experience in managing teams of at least 10 members, with a solid understanding of Investment Banking Operations
  • Ability to conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in complexity and scope
  • Knowledge of or prior experience with offshoring processes and methodologies is highly desirable

  • Ability to manage and complete specific tasks with minimal direction
  • Capacity to act swiftly and decisively when dealing with critical situations – ability to read situations and react promptly

  • Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to network and earn the confidence of diverse client personnel, as well as interaction with and management of eClerx India-based operations team
