As an experienced educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the creative minds of children through expert-curated live-online courses.

Responsibilities:

  1. Teach engaging art classes to students online, ensuring a fun and interactive learning experience.
  2. Develop lesson plans that cater to different age groups and skill levels, promoting creativity and growth.
  3. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement, enabling them to reach their full potential.
  4. Conduct demo sessions with students and optimize conversion rates, driving results and success.
  5. Offer group and private lessons as required, providing personalized support and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Formal education in Arts (Painting/Drawing/Sketching) or related field.
  • Strong subject knowledge and teaching experience (1+ years), with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent English communication skills and comfort in teaching children, creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Availability for teaching 6 days a week, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
