**Job Description**

As a seasoned Vice President Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing SRE strategies that promote an "Automate-first" culture. You will develop methodologies for automation and elimination of toil, driving continuous improvement from incidents.

This role involves assisting in the development of engineering and operational service metrics, working with all parties to establish Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and designing monitoring strategies. You will lead architectural reviews for reliability, drive continuous improvement from incidents, and contribute to test and deployment processes.


**Required Skills and Qualifications**
  • • Hands-on experience as an SRE practitioner with 5+ years working experience in an SRE role
  • • Practical experience defining and implementing Service Level Objectives
  • • Strong understanding of technical systems
  • • Analytical skills
  • • Experience with public/private cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • • Knowledge of modern observability tooling
  • • Infrastructure as Code principles
  • • Configuration Management Solutions such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
